Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team at Sost.tech. As CFO, you will play a critical role in guiding our financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, and optimizing our financial operations. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining financial health, managing risks, and driving innovation to support our mission.

Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company’s goals and mission.

Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support informed decision-making.

Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks while implementing effective controls and measures.

Investment and Funding: Lead fundraising efforts, evaluate investment opportunities, and manage relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

Treasury and Cash Management: Optimize cash flow, manage working capital, and implement efficient treasury practices.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
Strong understanding of financial management, strategy, and operations.
Demonstrated experience in fundraising, investment, and financial planning.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with the tech industry and a passion for driving innovation.
Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and alternative payment methods is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
